Hardkernel ผู้ผลิตและจำหน่ายบอร์ดคอมพิวเตอร์ขนาดเล็กตระกูล ODROID ออกรุ่นใหม่คือรุ่น ODROID-C4 โดยมีสเปคในระดับเดียวกันกับ Raspberry Pi 4 4GB รองรับกับระบบปฏิบัติการ Ubuntu 20.04, CoreELEC, Android 9 และ LineageOS

ODROID-C4 specifications:

  • SoC – Amlogic S905X3 quad-core Cortex-A55 processor @ 2.0GHz with Arm Mali-G31MP2 GPU supporting OpenGL ES 3.2, Vulkan 1.0 and OpenCL 2.0

จุดเด่นที่สำคัญคือมีช่องต่อกับ EMMC (ต้องซื้อแยก), USB 3.0 4ช่อง และรองรับอะแดปเตอร์ไฟเลี้ยงขนาด 12V ได้(ซึ่งหาได้ง่ายและราคาถูกกว่า)

ทาง Hardkernel ระบุว่ามีความเร็วในระดับเดียวกันกับ Raspberry Pi 4 (อย่าลืมว่าบอร์ด Raspberry Pi 4 ใช้ CPU ARM Cortex-A72 ซึ่งบอร์ดรุ่นนี้ใช้ CPU Cortex-A55) และเร็วกว่าบอร์ด ODROID-C2 ถึง 55%
